《被讨厌的勇气》读后感

说到这本书，肯定有很多小伙伴都读过或者听说过，今天我们就来聊聊关于阿德勒

当你看完前几面就会发现这本书以对话的形式展开

我给他概括一下就是通过阿德勒心理学的视角，引导我重新审视自己与他人的关系，以及我们自己对幸福的理解。

“课题分离”这一概念印象还是挺深刻的。 书中强调，真正的自由来自于内心的坚定，而不是外界的认同。

“任何经历本身并不是成功或者失败的原因。 我们并非因为自身经历中的刺激——所谓的心理创伤——而痛苦，事实上我们会从经历中发现符合自己目的的因素。 决定我们自身的不是过去的经历，而是我们自己赋予经历的意义。”

阿尔弗雷德·阿德勒（Alfred Adler）

是个体心理学的创始人，他的理论强调个体在社会中的位置、自我实现以及对生活的目的性。他与弗洛伊德不同，阿德勒更关注社会因素和个体的自我发展，而不是潜意识和本能驱动。

阿德勒认为，个体对事件的主观感受比事件本身更为重要。即使在相同的客观情况下，不同的人会有不同的感受和反应。所以也就是“决定我们自身的不是过去的经历，而是我们自己赋予经历的意义”。

Speaking of this book, many of you have probably read it or heard about it. Today, let’s dive into a discussion about Adler.

As you read the first few pages, you’ll notice that the book unfolds in the form of a dialogue.

In summary, it uses the lens of Adlerian psychology to guide readers in reevaluating their relationships with others and their understanding of happiness.

One concept that left a deep impression on me is “task separation.” The book emphasizes that true freedom comes from inner conviction, not external approval.

“Experiences themselves are not the cause of success or failure. We do not suffer because of stimuli from our past experiences—what we call psychological trauma. Instead, we find factors in our experiences that align with our purposes. What determines us is not past experiences but the meaning we assign to those experiences.”

Alfred Adler is the founder of Individual Psychology. His theories emphasize an individual’s position in society, self-realization, and the purposefulness of life. Unlike Freud, Adler focuses more on social factors and personal development rather than subconscious drives and instincts.

Even under identical circumstances, different people will have different feelings and reactions.
